- better ourselves
- eat healthier
- exercise more
- work harder
All of which will get us one step closer to being a healthier, fitter, stronger and more positive person!
However, we could also choose to use the day to;
- eat unhealthy h
- skip class
- not bother training
- do nothing that will actively better ourselves
