One Day or Day One. Which are you?

You want to lose weight, lose fat, tone up, get fitter, get stronger, more confident etc...
Here's an example of two different mindsets...

You can either be 'tomorrow person', e.g. I'll start eating healthy tomorrow... I'll miss today's session but definitely turn up on Wednesday... "One day" I'll make the effort to make these improvements i've been wanting for so long...

OR

You can be a 'today person', e.g. I'll start making improvements to my diet today so I'm one day closer to the body I want... I'm feeling pretty tired but I'm going to get myself to go to training because I always feel so much better afterwards... today is going to be "day one' of my journey towards to improving myself and my body...

Be a today person, don't wait until tomorrow and either make today your 'day one' or use today as a stepping stone towards the body and mindset you want!
